Order Processing

• Processing time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri; excluding holidays).

• Orders with multiple items ship together when possible. If an item is on preorder/back‑order, we’ll email you with options (ship together later or split the shipment).

Duties/Taxes (DDU): International shipments are sent Delivered Duties Unpaid. Import duties, VAT/GST, and brokerage/handling fees are collected by your country at delivery. If a carrier identifies a remote area surcharge, we’ll contact you before shipping.

 

Tracking & Delivery

• All paid shipping options are tracked; you’ll receive an email with tracking when your order ships.

• For orders $200+, we may add signature on delivery at no extra cost.

• We ship to street addresses and PO Boxes within Canada (PO Boxes ship via Canada Post). Couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes outside Canada.

 

Address Changes & Undeliverable Parcels

• Need to update your address? Email us as soon as possible before your order ships.

• Parcels returned as undeliverable/refused can be reshipped (additional postage) or refunded minus original shipping fees once received back at our facility.

 

Delays & Lost Packages

• Weather, customs, and carrier backlogs can extend delivery times.

• If tracking hasn’t updated for 7+ business days (Canada/US) or 14+ (International), contact us and we’ll open a trace with the carrier.

 

Taxes

• Canadian orders are charged GST/HST/QST/PST based on your province at checkout.

• International taxes/duties are assessed by the destination country (see International section above).
