Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

The item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging, including any tags, pouches, or boxes.
The item is not excluded under our non-returnable item policy (see below).

2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

Earrings
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items
Sale or clearance items

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.
