As our pieces are sourced from trusted suppliers, slight variations in color, finish, or size may occur.
All items are nickel-free, tarnish-resistant, and hypoallergenic, unless otherwise stated.

3. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in CAD (or local currency if applicable).
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as shown at checkout.
Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within Canada (and internationally if specified).
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or customs.

Pouvoir is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided items are unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

All trademarks, logos, and original content (including text, brand assets, and photography created by Pouvoir) are the property of Pouvoir Jewelry and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
